Anchor Music News had the privilege of interviewing John, lead singer of Those Who Fear. We talk about the new album, sports, and food.
AnchorMusicRob:Congratulations on the release of Death Sentence. It is an excellent record.
John: Thank you
AnchorMusicRob:What was the inspiration behind Death Sentence?

AnchorMusicRob: Where did the name come from?
John: It came from multiple scriptures. God’s blessing for those who fear him. The name came from our original drummer.
AnchorMusicRob: How is Death Sentence different from Unholy Anger?
John: It maintains our sound with more production and sound. It is less drowney with higher energy and simplicity.
AnchorMusicRob: It is more technical and more mature.
John: Jamie Jasta from Hatebreed and Corey Taylor of Slipknot
AnchorMusicRob: How does coming from Pittsburgh influence your music?
John: It is very blue collar. That is where we got our work ethic. We have worked hard. There is a great local scene that influenced us.
