Finished People Tour Recap

Anchor Music News had the privilege of doing media coverage for the Finished People Tour stop in Houston at Walters Downtown.

Silent Planet started off the evening with a bang. They were full of energy and catchy lyrics. There were technical guitars with plenty of breakdowns. The vocalist was screaming in each song. They brought Phinehas vocalist for one song. The lead singer talked about sex trafficking and God. What stood out is a band that can tell stories with ease and precision.

Those Who Fear was full of energy. Band members were jumping up and down. They kept the crowd moving throughout the set. They played songs off Unholy Anger and Death Sentence. They are a Christian band that is there to share God’s love. There were plenty of breakdowns, which fired up the crowd. They are extremely raw live.

Phinehas kept the crowd moving. There were plenty of solos. A circle pit, crowd surfing, and wall of death were apart of their set. The lead singer controlled concertgoers. The lead singer talked about Jesus love.

This or the Apocalypse had an abundance of energy. The singer went into the crowd. Fans came and sang on stage. The music was full of breakdowns and screaming.

Sleeping Giant finished off an amazing night of music. Tommy talked about their new record, Finished People. You can tell Tommy loves what he does and loves Jesus. He prayed on stage. There was an introduction of the band members. This band had the best stage presence of the night. They played a mixture of old and new songs. This tour doesn’t suck according to Tommy. John with Those Who Fear came on stage and screamed during the song Finished People. Tommy talked about being molested as a kid and encouraged people to give abusive experiences to God. He is the only one that can help them. He talked about using his stage to preach Jesus, which no one can stop. They had an encore and played Tithemi. This song brought the crowd alive. He had an altar call at the end, where multiple attendees got saved.

This was an awesome night of bands that are brilliant and have a positive message. Go check out these bands when they come to your city.
