United Pursuit Brings Renewal

United Pursuit Band Picture

Have you ever listened to music that has an anointing from God? That’s how I feel when listening to United Pursuit’s “Living Room Volume 3.”  This EP has songs that will help you overcome obstacles with God’s help.

“Peace Like a River” is the opening track that immediately brought me into God’s presence. This is a simple song that’s easy to pick up. The song is about God’s peace surrounding us through our life. There is an intimacy that permeates me. “In You” is a powerful song. “In you is all I need” shows how desperately we need God. “My Home” finishes this EP right where it began. “I am not alone. Your heart is my home.” These lyrics provide me with hope and security.

The lyrics talk about what it means to be a Christian and desiring God in new ways. The EP helps you feel like your worship alongside them. The vocals and instrumentation have an exquisite, simplicity. The songs are easy to follow along with and incorporate in your worship time.

My favorite song is “Peace like a River.” This song makes me cry. I love the ambience and intimacy.
